Notes: My first dive that caused a real sphincter twitching moment! A lot of things to think about: a slung pony, leading the dive and the fact it was deep. Got down ok and did my visual tasks, but heading up I was rising faster than swimming, so lost sight of the bottom. Panicked and my buoyancy went to pot. Pony made it awkward to inflate or dump air into / out of my dry suit. Also obscured my console. May have also been effects of narcosis - I just don't know. Regardless: a bit of a wake up call!
